I am teaching Power Yoga at Flying Yogi and the Altonaer Turnverband.

I completed my teacher training 2010 with David Lurey, Andrea Kubasch and Dirk Bennewitz (Yoga Alliance certified).

I continuosly attend workshops and training courses with various teachers, among them Emil Wendel, James de Maria, Philip Lemke, Petros Haffenrichter and Silke Markmann/Suse Hübner of Yogaraum Hamburg.

Next to my regular classes I teach workshops myself - from Yin Yoga to Pranayama.
